Booking an appointment. All bookings require a £50 refundable deposit to book a date in our calendar. You can change an appointment with at least 14 days notice.
On the day of your portrait session we allow a max 15 min for late arrivals, after that on most dates we would be unable to fit you in that day due to other bookings in the diary and another date would need to be booked and new deposit paid. Please be on time to avoid any disappointment.
We offer studio sessions at our studio in East Grinstead. Outdoor portrait sessions are weather dependent and subject to limited availability. Outdoor shoots we do during months April – November. Locations are determined by mutual agreement. If we feel we are unable to create our best work at a client’s suggested outdoor location we reserve the right to be selective.
Gift certificates are non-transferable and no more than one gift certificate maybe be redeemed within 1 year per family.
Gift certificates have no cash value and will not be exchanged for money.
Gift Certificates/cards are for a full family portrait session, meaning all family members living in one household. You may also bring parents not living within a family household and grandparents. Includes our starting size full artistry unframed canvas print.
All parties involved in the decision of choosing the photos are required to attend the viewing. All viewings take place at out studio. We do not cater for online viewings and no digital images are sent electronically to clients as previews.
We require 4-6 weeks for printed works and framed art takes 2-4 months.
If you have purchased your gift certificate from another vendor any refunds must be directed to the vendor you purchased your certificate from.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of attending your portrait session.
